Forklift Service Technician (Experienced)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Conduct tire service and brake repair to ensure safety and functionality.
• Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs as needed.
• Operate forklifts safely while moving equipment and materials within the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.

Experience

• Proven experience in equipment repair, with a focus on hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, and tire service preferred.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Experience operating forklifts in a safe manner is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
