About Position:
- Work Location: Corporate Office, 88 Vilcom Center Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27514
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
The Service Desk Analyst works with the IT Manager , IT Team and Facilities Team to ensure that all requests for IT and Facilities services and support for Piedmont are documented and tracked into a centralized ticketing system. The analyst establishes the priority and workflow for each day for team members. Prepares reports for the IT team and Management that support the function of the IT Department. The Analyst is responsible for assisting the IT and Facilities Department as needed with other projects.
Education: High School Diploma with college level courses in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred. Completion of a Microsoft Excel class.
Experience: Two years coordinating the movement of staff. The ability to create and disseminate productivity reports. Experience with updating Web Sites and other social media.
Training/ Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work within a high volume environment, exercise good judgement to act within the scope of the position, and accurately see tasks to completion. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage conflicting work demands with appropriate supervisory input.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email. Must be very proficient with Excel ; demonstrated ability to learn and become an expert with Centricity and other software systems used in the organization.
Pay Range - $20.48/HR to $26.72/HR
