About Position :
Duties / Responsibilities - The Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse Practitioner is responsible for applying advanced knowledge / clinical skills necessary to assess / manage the healthcare of chronically ill geriatric participants in Piedmont Health SeniorCare (PHSC) who are residing in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) for respites and long-term placement.
Education / Experience : Graduate of certified or accredited Nurse Practitioner Program; 5 years clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience. One year of experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
Qualifications :
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required : Certification from Nurse Practitioner program; valid NC Driver License; Board Certification (ANCC); NP license to practice in NC.
Immunizations : Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Type of Employees Supervised : None.
Pay Range - $104,019 - $127,930 (Based on Experience Level)
