About Position : Housed within one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Center organizations in North Carolina, the Piedmont Health Services WIC Program supports a large perinatal and pediatric population in Chatham and Orange Counties. This contracted partnership role is also an integral part of the Chatham Hospital team working towards Baby Friendly hospital designation status, with support from ENRICH Carolinas and EMPower Best Practices Training Initiatives. Piedmont Health offers a very competitive benefits package including 11 paid holidays, generous PTO plan, and more. RDs are offered $250 for continuing education to be used to support furthering their skill set of their choosing. WIC also provides many free opportunities to gain CEU credits in addition to the $250 offered by Piedmont Health.

Qualifications -
Education : Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education - approved Didactic Program in Dietetics; or Dietetic Technician, Registered with the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education with a Bachelor's degree in any subject area from an accredited four-year college or university; or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition or Community Nutrition from an accredited four-year college or university.

Current / valid License : IBCLC, Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Immunizations : All PHS required immunizations
Pay Range - $50,306 - $67,607
