Responsibilities
- Assist in rooming patients after they arrive at the clinic for their scheduled appointment.
- Perform office duties including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting patients.
- Support healthcare providers by preparing patient charts and ensuring all necessary information is available for appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with other medical office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
