Piedmont Henry Hospital takes pride in delivering top-notch care to patients in our Cardiac/Pulmonary Unit. As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, including Hospitalists, APPs, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Patient Care Technicians, ensuring a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4/1:5.
Our unit excels in Arrhythmia Management, covering:
- Cardioversion
- Pharmacologic Management
- Tikosyn Loading
We also manage various Cardiac drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Milrinone, Cardizem, Bumex, Heparin, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Lasix, Nitroglycerine), Bipap Management, Telemetry Monitoring, and High-Flow Management. Additionally, we provide post intra-cardiac defibrillator and pacemaker placement care, post Cardiac-catherization Care, including TR Band Management, and DKA management using Glucommander and titratable Insulin drip.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
For PRN positions, we prefer candidates with one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced certification in their field, if applicable.
