Description : RESPONSIBLE FOR :
Operates radiologic equipment to make clinicaldiagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic proceduresaccording to established standards and practices. Provide patientservices using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all agegroups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging(Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technicalcare necessary to meet identified patient needs.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM EDUCATIONREQUIRED :
Graduate of an AMA approved RadiologicTechnology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED :
Two (2) years ofexperience.
MINIMUMLICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BYLAW :
Registered by the American Registry ofRadiologic Technologists(R).
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS :
BLS certified.
