- Providing direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in cardiology
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates welcome to apply
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
