Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join it's skilled nursing facility in Greensboro NC !
Responsibilities :
- Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality
- Work with dietitians / chefs to create high level menus which deliver nutritional value
- Daily inspections / assessments to ensure compliance
- Lead team member recruiting, onboarding and training
- Interdepartmental communications to foster teamwork atmosphere to achieve goals
- Must be able to lift / carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push / pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications :
- Current ServSafe certification is required
- Certified as a Dietary Manager (CDM)
- 5 years of related operations experience and management
- An associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
