About the Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified RN to join our MedSurg Urology/Renal team. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while adhering to nursing standards and organizational policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all life stages
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Georgia
- BLS certification required
- Advanced specialty certification preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
