Key Job Duties:

• Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan
• Assesses patients' physical and emotional needs, develops individualized care plans
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex health issues
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or multistate license
• BLS certification; advanced certifications welcomed
• One year of experience in a hospital setting preferred; new graduates eligible
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
