- Assist patients with registration, scheduling appointments, tests, and hospital admissions.
- Perform lab duties, including phlebotomy, order entry, collecting specimens, establishing chain of custody, and labeling for delivery to appropriate authorities for testing.
- Schedule procedures and complete medical and physical history forms as requested by third-party payors.
- Notifies patients of test results under physician guidance and maintains accurate documentation of patient interactions.
