We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse Professional to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to women in labor, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients.
This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Implementing and evaluating care plans to ensure effective patient outcomes
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside and have a minimum of one year of maternal/child experience. BLS certification is also required, as well as NRP and ACLS certifications within the orientation period.
