Are you a passionate new graduate RN looking to boost your career to new heights in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are excited to announce openings for a select group of Registered Nurses in our new unit dedicated to training and developing the next generation of talented nurses.
Overview
This new unit is designed as a fast track for recent graduates who want to move quickly into specialty areas of nursing such as the ICU, ED, or Stepdown. You will work with a dedicated preceptor and have small patient ratios to build a strong foundation of hands-on experience preparing you for success in a multitude of specialties.
This elite class will work directly with our CNO to help further develop the program and gain guidance on their career path. In this unit, you will be able to progress to a specialty area in 13 weeks to 6 months with the skills and confidence you need to be successful!
This RN/registered nurse role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The RN/registered nurse role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
What qualifications you will need:
No previous experience needed!
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) upon hire or obtained within 30 days of employment
*Other Certifications maybe required during employment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License in the State of South Carolina
