Job Summary:
This full-time night shift nursing opportunity requires a registered nurse with a strong foundation in surgical care and patient assessment. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and participate in ongoing education and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans
- Implement evidence-based practice guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
Requirements:
- A valid permanent multi-state RN license from the state in which you reside
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- One year of telemetry experience preferred
- CCRN certification preferred
