About Our Program
Our 12-month Nurse Residency program is designed for new graduate nurses who are eager to develop their clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership abilities. The program provides a comprehensive transition-to-practice experience that includes precepted orientation, blended learning experiences, and peer support.

Responsibilities
The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. He/she functions within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification required.
