Job Details
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS : RTO : MAX 7 days
WEEKEND : Every other weekend
CALL REQUIREMENTS : None
FLOATING : Within facility if needed
UNIT SYSTEMS : Epic, SBAR and Pyxis
COMPLIANCE : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers
PATIENT POPULATION : Adults - Geriatrics - Medical Surgical
HOLIDAYS : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Job Requirements
1 year of experience required
State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
Annual Nursys (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
Background Check required within 30 days of start
References : 2 clinical references needed to meet Aya’s baseline
Education verification required - Verification of related degree noted on application. Can be pending at start with proof that it is running (due within 30 days post start)
