Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration tasks to restore affected areas.
- Execute door hanging and installation of various types of doors.
- Install drywall and ensure proper finishing techniques are applied.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Assist in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
- Work on roofing projects, ensuring structural integrity and proper installation.
- Apply caulking to seal gaps and improve insulation in structures.
- Participate in remodeling projects, transforming spaces according to client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or related labor roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of door hanging, drywall installation, and remodeling practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to perform construction estimating with attention to detail.
- Experience with roofing tasks is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Skills in caulking and concrete forming are advantageous.
