Armed Security Guard (Full-Time)

About Us: Piedmont Protective Services is a leading security provider dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering professional and reliable security solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant full-time armed security guard to join our team.

Position Overview: As an armed security guard, you will be stationed a warehouse facility in High Point, NC. You will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment for staff and customers. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to professionalism.

Pay:

• Starting at $16.50 per hour

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm

45 Minute Daily of Unpaid Lunch

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
• Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with leadership and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Experience with a handgun is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history
• Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
