The successful candidate will work as part of a team to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits and provide financial options for various types of treatments. This candidate should have prior insurance and billing experience, scheduling experience, be outgoing, and be able to multitask. Occasional coverage of the check-in and check-out desk will be required to greet patients, schedule appointments, create and answer calls. This associate will need to bring excitement and genuine care for people. Our goal is to provide exceptional experience and outstanding customer service for patients at every appointment.

Responsibilities:
- Performing financial consultations with patients to maximize fertility benefits and explain various treatment options.
- Answering phones and responding to email inquiries
- Meeting with patients to explain their insurance coverage and financial responsibility for the recommended family building options
- Patient scheduling
- Checking in and checking out Patients
- Greeting patients
- Customer service skills
- Helping patients navigate through their fertility process and visits

Salary:
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type:
- Full-time, On-site, including rotational holidays and weekends as required.
- English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM
- Friday 7:30 AM until 12 PM
