We are seeking an experienced RN who can provide high-quality care to patients on our post surgical floor. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The minimum qualifications for this position include a current license in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or multistate license, BLS certification, and one year of experience in a hospital setting. A bachelor's degree and advanced certifications in the field of specialty are preferred but not required.
