Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification Job Details Medical Surgical unit caring for primarily CHF, Chest pain & Telemetry patients Minimum experience : 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers Weekend : Every Other Call : None Floating : Within facility / scope of practice as needed Job Requirements State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date Annual Nursys (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date Background Check required within 30 days of start Required for RNs and LVNs by Aya only. Not required by Client. Not required for subcontractors. Schedule Information If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Unit Specific Information Unit accepts first time travelers Floating : Within facility / scope of practice as needed Additional Details Photo ID Required Compliance : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Locals accepted - same rate
