We are currently looking for a Foreman to join our Team in Greensboro, NC.
Job Summary: A Foreman is responsible for assisting HVAC Construction Superintendent in layout of job and assuring materials are available, installation of equipment, pipe, associated hangers and fittings for complete working system. Work with and train Pipefitter Journeymen to get to level of Foreman.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour

Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for, but not limited to the following roles and responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions for quality installation on projects.
- Assist with problems or questions from Pipefitter Journeymen.
- Ensure all installations meet code, manufacturer's instructions and company quality expectations.
- Installation of HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Installation of complete piping systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Complies with company and industry safety standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Extensive working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to use power and hand tools.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to work on HVAC units and systems.
- Will be required to work in settings with extreme heat or extreme cold, depending on time of year.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling. crawling or climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds at a time.
