We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Piedmont University. This individual will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Strength and Conditioning Program, including designing and implementing training programs for assigned teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or completed degree(s) above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis
• 3-5 years of experience in strength and conditioning, or related field
• Must hold a CSCS certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or SCCC certification by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa)
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified
• Valid Georgia driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
