What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Medicine Patient Service Representative position at Piedmont Urgent Care Defunct?
Piedmont Urgent Care is looking for a high energy, positive person to join our Occupational Medicine team as a Patient Service Representative. Experience in a medical setting or working with Occupational Medicine is preferred but not required.
This position’s duties include :
- Greeting and checking in patients for services such as drug screens, TB tests, various physicals, etc.
- Speaking with companies on the phone for further instruction when needed.
- Occasionally collecting payment for services
- Checking patients out and sending appropriate paperwork to companies.
Position is 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week. The schedule could include any days from Monday-Saturday and will come out on a monthly basis. The hours are 8am-8pm.
We occasionally do on-site services for companies so some travel might be occasionally requested. All training will take place in house.
