Position Title: Manager of Student Success Technology and Analytics

Position Purpose: The Manager of Student Success Technology and Analytics is responsible for leading the full implementation of student success technology platforms across the Student Affairs Division and the college at large and leveraging those platforms to support student success and completion. Platforms include EAB Navigate, Salesforce, and XAP (Online Application). The position advocates for student success and the implementation of the college’s strategic plan and the VCCS’s Opportunity 2030, contributes to the analytics used in strategic enrollment management and retention, and monitors equity gaps in student access and success. The Manager of Student Success Technology and Analytics will work collaboratively with faculty, department/program chairs, directors, deans, and external partners to ensure processes and related operational workflows are clear, consistent, and timely. The position requires extensive planning and strategic project management and works directly with students, faculty, and staff across all college divisions. This position, in conjunction with other Student Affairs professionals, will assist with prioritization of student affairs strategies and the future of student services based on current and emerging needs.

The position reports to the Vice President of Student Affairs but will also work closely with the administrators, faculty, and staff in Academic Affairs and Workforce Development as well as PVCC Technology Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the full implementation and related updates of a range of student success technology platforms designed to improve student access, success, and completion, including EAB Navigate, Salesforce, XAP, and others.
- Provide best practices around the use of the current and emerging student success platforms and related technology across the division.
- Develop onboarding training for faculty, staff, and administrators to optimize the use of these platforms across the college.
- Creates and provides ongoing training related to Navigate and other platforms to achieve college and student affairs goals and objectives.
- Works with the Marketing and Communications Department to develop communications and promotions around the platforms and associated training.
- Help develop and assess metrics utilizing the student success platforms and related tools for areas including outreach and admission, student support, and success and completion.
- Promote strategic enrollment management along with the entire student experience, from interest to completion.
- Serve on key committees at the college, including the Access and Completion (Enrollment Management) Committee.
