Piedmont Walton Emergency Department Opportunity
This is a full-time nursing position in our Emergency Department, working 11AM-11PM shifts. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus and provide ED specialty differential given.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Function within the framework of organization policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible for hire.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
