Piedmont Walton in Monroe, Georgia seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This is a Full Time position working 11AM-11PM with the opportunity for an ED Specialty Differential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
- Support professional growth and development through ongoing education and training.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating patient care activities, prioritizing tasks to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher (or currently enrolled in BSN program).
- New graduates eligible; prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required; advanced certification in specialty area a plus.
