Advanced Practice Provider Inpatient / Outpatient Surgical OR Bariatric Surgery
Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join the surgical service line team working at our Piedmont Columbus campus. This is a full-time position with varying call responsibilities.
In this role you will :
- Perform first OR assist duties, as needed.
- Rounding on patients in the hospital
- Assist in management of post-operative and critically ill patients in the hospital
- Evaluate post-operative patients in the office setting
- Applies specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the CVOR, ICU, CCU and CVICU areas
- Contributes to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provides leadership to the organization

Requirements
Masters, bachelors degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
