Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for breaking down data silos and building tools that empower others? At WellStreet Urgent Care, we're seeking a Business Intelligence Developer who thrives on transforming raw data into strategic insights for users at all levels—from technical analysts to executive leadership.

In this highly collaborative and impactful role, you’ll help build and maintain secure, scalable, and insightful data models and reports. You’ll work across departments, enforce consistent business logic, and make data truly accessible to support smarter decisions across the organization.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, publish, and maintain a library of Power BI data models, dashboards, and paginated reports

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data tools are accurate, consistent, secure, and useful

• Lead the charge on eliminating data silos and standardizing reporting logic across teams

• Act as the subject matter expert for Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report security

• Migrate Excel-based reporting into scalable, centralized Power BI solutions

• Support the ongoing evolution of our data infrastructure, including Epic’s reporting tools

• Contribute to business logic standardization and maintain our data dictionary

• Provide periodic evening support during report distribution, as automation is implemented

• Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Promote data stewardship, meeting compliance and security best practices

🧠 What You Bring to the Table

• Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of BI experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query

  • Ability to create secure and scalable reporting environments

• Strongly Desired:

  • Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory

  • Experience with Epic or another EMR system

  • Prior work in healthcare or clinical data environments

🏥 Working Conditions

• Primarily remote with occasional travel

• Occasional physical requirements, including lifting items up to 30 lbs

• Potential exposure to clinical environments—PPE required when applicable

• May work in shared office spaces when on-site
