Advanced Practice Provider Gynecologic Oncology
Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for a full time Advanced Practice Provider to join the Gynecologic Oncology team at Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital. This Advanced Practice Provider will be working under the supervision of a Physician with duties in an inpatient and outpatient clinical setting. Its crucial that the new PA is collaborative and able to share responsibilities with the current PA on staff.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
Required Experience:
Masters, Bachelors Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification

Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
Preferred Experience
Gynecology experience preferred, but not required.

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for a full time Advanced Practice Provider to join the Gynecologic Oncology team at Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital. This Advanced Practice Provider will be working under the supervision of a Physician with duties in an inpatient and outpatient clinical setting. Its crucial that the new PA is collaborative and able to share responsibilities with the current PA on staff.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
- Rounding and managing patients admitted to the hospital as inpatient
- Perform standard exams and procedures in order to perform initial evaluation of inpatient and emergency room consults
- Provide consultations and evaluate patients in office setting with supervision and clinical guidance as needed
- Assist with management and triaging of clinical related patient phone calls
- Assist with management of results, rx requests, patient messages and inquiries via EPIC (the health system EMR)
- Contribute to excellent patient care, research, teaching, consulting, and leadership to the organization
- Emphasize health promotion for patients
- Coordinate chemotherapy treatments
- Augment the physician's ability to provide medical services to gyn oncology patients
- The PA will be expected to see anywhere from 6-12 patients per day on any designated day.
