RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate will answer incoming calls serving as First Call Resolution in order to address the appropriate course of action. The Patient Connection Center II Associate is responsible for pre-registering and scheduling basic patient encounters utilizing excellent customer services standards.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required
1 year of related customer facing healthcare experience.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law
None
Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of basic medical terminology preferred. Call center, patient scheduling and/or physician front office experience preferred.
