Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Ultrasound Technician located in Atlanta, GA. The Ultrasound Technician will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures, prepping and maintaining ultrasound equipment, and ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed during their procedures. They will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate medical imaging and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medicine and Radiology
- Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Proficiency in Vascular and Abdominal ultrasound procedures
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a medical team
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
