Pay: $16.50 to $18.00 per Hr. Upto $3.5 per hour in Tips

- Exhibit solid leadership by developing an excellent guest experience, building relationships, and managing all operational issues while upholding standards of quality and service
- Responsible for optimizing and growing profits by building sales and controlling the cost of sales, labor, and production
- Continually review restaurant operations to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead with integrity by motivating team members through positive and respectful leadership
- Master of delegation, planning, and follow up
- Builds an amazing culture by creating trust within their team by recognizing a job well done and providing meaningful feedback
- Create a culture of growth that promotes continuous development of managers and team members
- Hold all team members and managers accountable to company policies, procedures, and operating principles
- Responsible for keeping restaurant staffed and selecting best talent from trade area, always looking at improving talent

Qualifications and Skills
Who we look for:
Individuals with a Passion for People, Food, and Service
1 years of management experience working in a full service, fast-casual or fast food restaurant
Proven track record of building high-performance teams including internal promotions and future leader development
Ability to effectively delegate responsibility
Excellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed
Financial/analytical aptitude including planning and scheduling
Rock-solid dependability with a strong work ethic
Open availability to support all hours of business operation
Must have a valid driver’s license
