Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management
- Evaluate and pursue new project opportunities, aligning with organizational goals and client needs.
- Develop and refine project estimates, ensuring accuracy in scope, budget, and resource requirements.
- Oversee project implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct project closeout activities, including final assessments, documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical direction and support throughout the project, leveraging your expertise to solve complex problems and ensure project success.
- Work closely with engineering teams and technical experts to integrate solutions and address any technical challenges.
- Work closely with the business development team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in industrial controls is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects through all phases, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Strong background in automation technologies and technical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and technical information.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Some travel to industrial sites may be required.
