We are currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team. This position will be instrumental in helping the the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. This position will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establish the appropriate sourcing methods to generate a strong pool of talent for current and future needs.

- Conduct proactive candidate searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions
- Design and conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns
- Identify passive talent through various social networks, and network associations and other platforms.
- Analyze sourcing data and metrics to optimize procurement processes.
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate data
- Along side the Talent Acquisition Specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sourcing, TA, or HR are a plus
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in talent sourcing, and/or recruitment.
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
- Experience using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and values
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Able to adapt to changing hiring needs, priorities, and market conditions while maintaining a proactive and results-oriented mindset
