HRIS Analyst
Under the directionof the Manager of HR Shared Services, serve as the internal systems expert forboth PPC's HRIS as well as the people data seen across other technologyplatforms. Collaborate with the HR team,other business support functions, and business leaders directly to successfullymaintain people data throughout all systems.
Responsibilities : User Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for people related inquiries within the HRIS and ERP Systems, responding to inquiries within our ticketing system timely,troubleshooting issues for HR team members and employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for processing employee changes between these systems (supervisor changes, department changes, company transfers, etc.)
System Administration
Maintain and support the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis
Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Support the organization as the primary point of contact for report requests such as Affirmative Action, EEOC, and salary survey data.
Process Improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to streamline HR processes
Training
Assist in developing training materials and work instructions for HR team members and end users on HRIS and ERP functionalities
Compliance
Ensure HRIS practices that are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies

This position requires adecisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and astrong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire towork in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role.
Experience with ADP as a practitioner is strongly preferred.
Experience working in IFSor similar ERP systems is preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable
Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
