About the Customer Service Representative Role :
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll primarily support our specialty veterinary teams by managing client communications and assisting with critical administrative tasks. This position is based at our business office in Eagleville, PA, rather than the main hospital.

Compensation : Starts at $18 / hr
What You'll Do
- Providing a warm and professional first impression to clients via phone and email.
- Booking appointments for specialty services and handling follow-up communication.
- Managing medication requests and working closely with veterinary teams to coordinate refills and updates.
- Answering a high volume of phone calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Updating patient records and maintaining accurate client information.
- Assisting with billing and payments for specialty services.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
