Pieper Veterinary in Middletown, CT is searching for a kind, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to support our ER Department . The client experience starts at the front desk, so we need a team that shares our goal of making the pets and people in our community healthier and happier.

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to provide concierge service between the client or the referring veterinarian, and the Pieper Memorial team from the moment of first contact with the hospital, throughout the patient’s stay, and after discharge. The Client Care Coordinator serves in all areas of communication, as an advocate for and liaison between the client and the medical team(s), to ensure clear, accurate information is relayed and delays are minimized. The Client Care Coordinator is also a department point person for the front desk to ensure a quick and efficient flow of communication between incoming calls and client’s questions.

Anticipated Schedule :
Sunday – 8am-4pm
Compensation :
16.50 - $23.75 / hour dependent on experience and education
