Dining Services Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, with a passion for food and beverage service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Must be 21 or over.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage seating arrangements and assist with reservations to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with server and busser staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the team in various capacities, including to go orders and drink specialist when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions for new staff members, including interviewing potential candidates.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
