Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment.
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems, specifically Aloha POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
