What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Pier B Resort?
Wea re in need of a weekend Audit. Fri & Sat only. Shifts are 11pm-7am
1. Enters work place at scheduled time in uniform and ready to begin work.
Properly clocks in.
2. Ensures prescribed amount of cash is on hand by counting and recording count.
3. Ensure that pool and other doors have been locked according to company policy, if
they have not been, do so.
4. Ensure telephone service meets company standards. Telephone answered within
three rings, using proper script. Transfer calls properly, perform wake up calls, take
messages politely and never give out a room number.
5. Properly check in and out guest.
6. Properly handle reservations.
7. Ensure property management computer procedures are correctly implemented.
8. Properly answer guest questions for
directions or other needs.
9. Assist with cleanliness of lobby.
10. Assist in guest satisfaction.
11. Runs night audit daily entering data appropriately into Encompass.
12. Processing of credit cards nightly.
13. Ensure that all wake up calls are set in phone.
14. Check and approve all stay-online charges.
15. Ensures that doors are unlocked at appropriate time.
16. Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor(s).
