Summary
Oversee and coordinate the running, planning, organizing, training and leadership
(relating to all restaurant Front of House) necessary to achieve objectives in sales,
costs, guest service and satisfaction.
Duties/Tasks
To meet and exceed all guest expectations.
Follow standards and expectations set by the resort.
Responsible for training, reviewing and scheduling or assisting of all FOH
Restaurant Staff.
Ensure uniform & service specifications.
Responsible for implementing opening and closing duties.
Conduct Pre-shift team meetings.
Work with other managers to reduce hourly labor.
Develop strong working relationships with all other departments.
Responsible for overall appearance and cleanliness of the dining room.
Lead by example: Don’t expect anything out of your staff that you wouldn’t do
yourself.
