Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial reports are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Support other departments as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills
- PreviousTwo years' experience working in Front Desk Guest Services (preferably using Opera Cloud System)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally documented to work in the U.S.
- Must pass our Background Check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
