Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Sales position at Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet Bozeman located in Bozeman, MT. We are looking for a professional project manager/salesperson to join our successful team. A self-motivated individual with building industry project management or sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue commercial and builder business
- Engage in networking and community involvement to foster sales growth
- Accurately measure job sites, and plan proper flooring installation
- Complete both simple and complex bids for flooring materials and installation
- Managing flooring projects from sales to completion
- Work weekly shifts on the showroom floor, and assist walk-in customers
Qualifications
- Building industry experience (all trades)
- Established industry connections and relationships is a plus
- Ability to read and understand building plans
- Expeditor and Expediting skills
- Project Management experience
- Sales experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service
