Core Daily Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Perform non-complex legal support work.
- Open files
- Assist Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys.
- Prepare documents for the court.
- May perform reception and telephone work, which will require knowledge about office policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Respond to complaints from the public courteously.
- Distributes papers to court, jail, police agencies, etc.
- Operates standard office equipment including such equipment as telephones, copiers, computers, printers, fax machine, typewriter and others.
- Performs data entry.

- A minimum of six months of work experience in the legal field as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or related legal staff support function.
- Other education or experience which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute for the recruiting requirements.
- Fluency with the MS Office Suite
- This position requires working in the office in person five days a week.
- Training by an accredited vocational school, college, or university in the field of legal support work or related area.
