Where you’ll be working
Cayce Cove is a 480 bed student housing property Cayce, SC. The property is located near the campus of University of South Carolina.
What you’ll do
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Community Manager is management of an excellent Customer Service by creating and outstanding and effective maintenance program that is implemented by a well trained and motivated team of service technicians. The MS will proactively perform preventative maintenance of the assigned property to ensure low financial cost and deferred maintenance issues throughout the year, while extending the life of the asset. As the MS is the face and forefront of the Service Team, the MS will continue to ensure ultimate resident satisfaction through quick and detailed
What we look for
· A minimum of two years in Multi-Family Property Management – Student Housing preferred
· A minimum of two years in a supervisory position setting
· Ability to read and write English fluently
· Valid Driver’s License with vehicle insurance
· Advanced troubleshooting abilities
· Repair knowledge of appliances, plumbing, sheetrock, carpentry, electrical (when no license required)
· HVAC including EPA I and II certifications
· Able to be on call after hours
· Must be able to lift up to 75lbs with no restrictions
· Be able to work independently with little to no supervision or in a team setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
