We are seeking a talented, licensed Project Architect or Designer with 5-10 years of experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive, mutually supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibilities include all phases of design documentation through construction administration, project management, and client contact.
- Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute architectural solutions from Programming and Design concepts through completion.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, project budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Utilize advanced Revit software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Participate in construction administration, including site visits and addressing technical issues.
