- Support processes for managing Scope, Budget, and Schedule
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources to support the timely completion of milestones and deliverables
- Document project work for current and future reference
- Meeting coordination and facilitation
- Assist in vendor management
- Adhere to the Deliverable Acceptance Framework
- Support project status and risk reporting
- Provide clear and comprehensive communication to team members and stakeholders
- Support use of collaboration and organizational tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Project
- Assist in maintaining the project schedule
- Assist in contract Management oversight
- Assist in resource management oversight
- Assist in measuring project performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Leadership, Project Directors and Project Coordinators

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact at all levels of a organization/project
- Highly organized and detail oriented

Education/Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with a major in information technology, computer science/engineering, accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in project management, IT, operations, finance, accounting and/or a related field
- Project management certification (or working toward certification) is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS is preferred.
- Experience with human capital management, enterprise performance management and/or enterprise resource planning system is preferred.
