Description:
Works well with patients and team, maintaining professional communication and boundaries.
Assists patients with therapeutic exercise safely, gait training safely, neuromuscular education safely per PT instruction.
Assists with patient treatment as directed.
Keeps treatment areas organized and clean.
Organizes and cleans linens.
Adheres to and participates in Company’s mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and
Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices.
Records patient progress for therapists as requested.
Maintains the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature.
Maintains equipment used in therapy interventions.
Answers multi-line phones, schedules patient appointments, greets patients.
Need to have good people skills and able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Need to be able to multi-task and work on computers while working with patients.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma.
